Terms of Use

Bhuvansh · Last updated 26 July 2026 · Version 1.0

Before publishing: §14 (operator) must be completed and this document reviewed by a qualified practitioner.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bhuvansh.

1. Who may join

Bhuvansh is invitation-only. You must be 18 or older, hold a valid invitation from a verified member, and complete identity verification. One person, one account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.

2. Honest identity

Everything you submit during verification must be true and about you. Impersonation, forged documents, or verifying on someone else's behalf results in permanent removal and may be reported to authorities.

3. Vouching

When you invite someone you vouch for them, and your name stays attached to their membership. Repeatedly inviting members who are removed for misconduct may cost you your own invitation privileges.

4. How to behave

Do not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or defamatory. Do not spam, scrape, or use the platform for unsolicited marketing. Do not misrepresent jobs, businesses, or charitable causes. Do not attempt to breach our security or access another member's account.

5. Matrimony

Matrimony profiles are visible only to members you are matched with, and only after you consent. We do not guarantee outcomes. Verify claims independently before making personal commitments. Dowry demands are illegal in India and result in immediate removal.

6. Jobs and mentorship

We host listings; we are not the employer and are not party to any employment relationship. Mentorship is offered free by volunteers — never pay for a session. Verify employers independently.

7. Charity and donations

Campaigns are reviewed before publication, but review is not endorsement. Donations are processed by a licensed payment provider. Refunds follow the campaign's stated policy and applicable law. Tax receipts are issued where the recipient organisation is eligible.

8. Emergency and health features

SOS is not a substitute for emergency services. In a real emergency call 112 first. Responders are volunteer members, not professionals, and we do not guarantee that anyone will respond. Health content is general information, not medical advice. Doctor listings are verified against registration records but we do not warrant any practitioner's competence.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it solely to operate the platform. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted and are not readable by us.

10. Moderation and disputes

Reported content may be hidden pending review. Serious disputes go to a community jury panel. Sanctions escalate from warning to temporary suspension to permanent removal. You may appeal to the appellate panel.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion has a 30-day grace period, after which it is permanent and irreversible. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

12. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn.

13. Liability

Bhuvansh connects members; it does not vet the truthfulness of every claim a member makes. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for dealings between members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing law and operator

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts at [JURISDICTION — TO BE COMPLETED].

Operator: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, REGISTERED ADDRESS, CIN — TO BE COMPLETED]

15. Changes

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect and record your acceptance.
